Everything grows in the winter!

Now that it's the rainy season and we've finally started getting some rain, everything is growing. And some things are even growing our of control, like the bok chow in my dome garden that looks like it's on steroids! First is Borage, a medicinal plant good for the blood, it has these beautiful edible flowers that start blooming as a pink, then change to purple and finally to this bright blue. And the small leaves are also edible and taste a little like cucumbers!

And all the flowers attract so many bees!!!









We made signs for all the plants in our herb garden. Idan, one of our madrichim said it looks like we're growing signs, not herbs.
